What is the return policy?

All sales are final, but we can look into order issues and work together on a solution!

What are the shipping options?

All orders are shipped via USPS (domestic and international). You have the option of First Class and Priority, which will be shown to you at checkout. Please note that if you purchase a print and poster in the same order, they will be shipped separately with your poster order shipping via Priority and the print order via First Class. The Priority rate will cover the two separate costs.

What about international taxes, duties, etc.?

International taxes, duties, or any additional costs associated with receiving your order, besides the postage cost, are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

    When will I receive my order?

    Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing, but delays do occur. Domestic shipping can average 3-5 days, while International shipping can average 1-2 weeks.

     

      What do I do if I never received my order?

      Please contact us if you do not receive your order, or it is delayed, and we will be happy to look into it.

        What do I do if I received a defective order?

        Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

          How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

          While we cannot guarantee changes to be possible, please contact us with any requested changes and we will do our best to accommodate these changes.

            How do I make sure I order the right size?

            Each apparel item has a size guide on the product page to help you choose the best size for your order.
